Hawaiian Lands

I had planned  not to get into politics on my blog but my heart goes out to the Hawaiian people who lost their land and country to American business men's greed.

Blue Ginger

 This cat usually sleeps in the shade of the neighbor's eaves on top of an air conditioning unit.  After our rainy storms, with the sun shining on the roof of the shed, he climbed up here for his nap.  Getting up close, I awoke him and could see this cat had fought many battles for the priviledge of this yard.

                                       This is not the first surfboard fence on Maui but I like it!
